Things are starting to slowly simmer. For today, I told myself I would dedicate myself to writing KB articles. We are supposed to write 8 a day. I found an online radio borrowed a set of headphones from a coworker, did a bit of research and typed away. Somehow my typing skills have seemed to have gotten faster, must come from all this blogging business. (I've been told that my typing sounds like popcorn.) Of course, it helps that I'm the one dictating what I'm typing next. Or does it? KB articles are a pain like that. I can find plenty of questions to write about, but to have to find out the answer myself is the time consuming part.
Either case, I found the music helped quite a bit. I wrote my 8 articles before I even when to lunch. I told my KB reviewer I'd keep trying to write more as the day progressed but that I'd be a bit more relaxed for the rest of the work day.
I stopped by Dillons for lunch and bought myself my own headphones. Signed up for a Pandora account and have been jamming since. Even found a new favorite song.
